Our client, a company that offers SaaS financial solutions for engineers and architects, seeks to employ a Customer Success / Support Specialist to join their team. This role would be best suited to a proactive and enthusiastic individual who holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, commerce or relevant experience in a customer-facing role. This position is fully remote.



Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvements and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success materials, such as help articles and tutorials.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or commerce or relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand software products and features.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
