Our client, a company that offers SaaS financial solutions for engineers and architects, seeks to employ a Customer Success / Support Specialist to join their team. This role would be best suited to a proactive and enthusiastic individual who holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, commerce or relevant experience in a customer-facing role. This position is fully remote.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvements and enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of customer success materials, such as help articles and tutorials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or commerce or relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand software products and features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
